ABOUT Theresa
Theresa Gutierrez is a teacher and healer through shamanic practices. She birthed and raised her four children naturally (without drugs or patent chemical medicine) and is now a Grandmother passing on that legacy of indigenous wisdom and skills to revitalize humanity’s health-sovereignty and self-reliance in harmony with Nature & Helping Spirits. Theresa developed herbal certification programs for youth and adults as well as taught and attuned other healers to practice Reiki. She has helped hundreds of people heal their bodies and understand their Soul Purpose as they are intimately interwoven. Theresa holds certifications in nutritional herbalism, life coaching, spiritual studies, and Reiki Master-Teacher while also being a licensed minister, seasoned reflexologist and Life Purpose Hand Analyst. She healed her most debilitating aspects of PTSD through her interactions with Helping Spirits, Dreamtime and practicing the shamanic skills she has learned throughout her life. Theresa founded 11th Hour Shaman to honor her great-grandmother's Curandera roots and Soul’s Calling to help freedom-loving people deeply relate to their own personal power to heal themselves, their children, their family lines and their communities through the universal practices of earth-based shamanic work.
