Aztec Seeing or "Visioning" & Bodywork
This is a clothed, hands-on combination of a shamanic diagnostic reading & healing.
"A Great Gift"
The channeling and "talking through" process of this Aztec seeing and bodywork is a "great gift" my teacher suggested I add to my offerings in the work I do with my clients.
As a certified Reiki Master Teacher in the traditional system of Usui Reiki, I was taught that Reiki is a silent process; the less words the better and if anything is shared it can be shared after the treatment is complete. Some people absolutely need a silent process.
Most people, however, want the channeled information and conversation throughout the entire process with the Aztec seeing and bodywork modality.
The Aztec healing technique involves a channeling of verbal communication between the client, the shamanic practitioner and Spirit's Guidance. The process allows the shaman to see issues, emotions or memories stored in the body and mind that have not been witnessed and unraveled with unconditional love and acceptance.
For examples (this happened with two different clients), as I was cradling the head of these clients, I saw, felt and heard that "he must have had a horrible birth"... as it turned out... he had died at birth! Both of these clients had died at birth and shared their amazing birth stories with me as their bodies were releasing the trauma.
The body wants to tell it's story!
We bring harmony and connection to the body, mind and spirit energies during the Aztec healing in part by the client and shaman both sharing our visions, thoughts, memories and feelings throughout the process.
The physical and mental bodies are totally connected. When bringing up the remembered or forgotten events or traumas, memories, or relationships "the physical part has to match with the mental" which means to me the body shares what the client has been through, and the client's mind is now acknowledging the experience consciously and deliberately with the intention of healing while being witnessed and held with unconditional love and acceptance.
In Two Worlds At The Same Time
As a healer, part of what we do is being in the same place in two different realities... to be in the physical form and in the spiritual form while operating awareness in both spaces at the same time. When talking to the client during a session we are channeling between the worlds, continuing to talk it out as a process of wholeness.
We don't do this to dwell or ruminate on the past; that is not useful. As a diagnostic & healing technique, though, this brings awareness to what needs healing and we witness and release as we share in this channeled dialogue.
